I reached out to cancel because YouFit failed to provide the personal training services I signed up for. Despite explaining this and following up multiple times, they ignored my cancellation requests and kept charging me. Now they’re refusing to cancel my membership, trying to collect payment for a service I didn’t receive, and I’m being forced to pay dues even after trying to cancel. Absolutely unacceptable. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete lack of accountability on YouFit’s end. I’m warning others so you don’t end up in the same situation. Be careful before signing anything with them. Even if you follow their process, they might still try to trap you into paying for nothing. Terrible service from managment. Ignoring multiple emails, to force me to pay and stay at there gym!!!!! I feel scared even signing up for any gym after this.
