- PSPamela Del SolarDec 29, 20251.0I am or was may say as up today a customer of this gym after about 6 years, I used to pay for a group kickboxing class only Saturdays and I did canceled it back in may due to trainer no longer in site and class doesnt exist, still I was charged for about 2 more months that's when I had to disputed it with my bank, after that a manager asked me to sign a doc just to reconfirm the cancelation and today new manager told me that I owe for about 3 months for that class that doesnt exists and I don't pay wont let me in to work out.. well I'm gone now I wont pay pay for something they dont have, that's why there are no more trainers like before, they r gone the bests ones

I canceled the same day, but received no confirmation and had to follow up multiple times. Despite canceling on time, and repeatedly, I was billed for an additional month on apps 12/16-17th. When I requested a refund, I was told that because I had the “option” to transfer gyms, no refund would be given. To make matters worse, on 12/22, I was told my membership could not be canceled because it had already been transferred—contradicting their own confirmation f my cancellation Extremely poor communication, improper billing, and unacceptable business practices. I would not recommend, and caution others
- RLR LinDec 22, 20253.0If you’re looking for a gym that has most of the offerings of squat racks, free weights, a turf area, studio and cardio equipment, this YouFit has all that. It’s not a particularly nice gym. It’s also set up super weird- if I could request one thing to change it’s that you don’t have to walk directly through the free weights area to get to the bathrooms. Don’t love that. But like I said, this will get you the workout you want. There’s nothing real fancy here but it’s a decent-sized gym with quite a bit of stuff. They also have a free workout class offerings and personal training options.

I paid my annual membership fee two weeks ago. Then, one week ago, I get an email saying the gym is closing on 12/18 and my membership is transferring to Planet Fitness. I've tried numerous times to request a refund and YouFit is unwilling to do the decent thing. So now, unless I want to lose nearly $200, I'm forced to go to a Planet Fitness that is further away and doesn't have the machines I'm looking for. — YouFit’s response below is a nice sentiment to express publicly, but who do you think told me I couldn’t get a refund? Their corporate team via that email.
