  Staff Is nice. Dumbells only go upto 90lb. On the smaller side. Clean. What drove me to write this review was my attempt to cancel my membership. They throw in a 30 day agreement notice and if you dont give them that when you want to cancel, they will charge you for another month. Even if you are not in the state to use the gym.

  I am or was may say as up today a customer of this gym after about 6 years, I used to pay for a group kickboxing class only Saturdays and I did canceled it back in may due to trainer no longer in site and class doesnt exist, still I was charged for about 2 more months that's when I had to disputed it with my bank, after that a manager asked me to sign a doc just to reconfirm the cancelation and today new manager told me that I owe for about 3 months for that class that doesnt exists and I don't pay wont let me in to work out.. well I'm gone now I wont pay pay for something they dont have, that's why there are no more trainers like before, they r gone the bests ones

  On December 12, 2025, YouFit gave members just six days’ notice that my location in Orlando was closing and that memberships would be automatically transferred to Planet Fitness unless we opted out. I canceled the same day, but received no confirmation and had to follow up multiple times. Despite canceling on time, and repeatedly, I was billed for an additional month on apps 12/16-17th. When I requested a refund, I was told that because I had the “option” to transfer gyms, no refund would be given. To make matters worse, on 12/22, I was told my membership could not be canceled because it had already been transferred—contradicting their own confirmation f my cancellation Extremely poor communication, improper billing, and unacceptable business practices. I would not recommend, and caution others
