- JWJames WilliamsFeb 25, 20265.0Had a wonderful experience at Mall at Millenia! I arrived early to my eye Glasses and Contacts exam appointment and was able to be put into an earlier slot. Optician Yvis helped me and my Aunt through our complete customer journey. Yvis was extremely patient and helped pull frames from BOH for both me and my Aunt and gave us good feedback on frames that suited our faces. I had also brought 4 pairs from home to get cleaned and adjusted, and Yvis handled each frame with care, knowing that I handle my glasses with caution. I also brought in a broken pair that Yvis then told me I could purchase the takeaway frame and they would do a pop n swap for me. Yvis was kind, genuine, and greeted my aunt and I from the moment we stepped one foot through the door. They made the experience a reason to return to this Warby Parker in the future!
