The medical was fine...the purchase was a total disappointment. When I was choosing frames the salesperson kept trying to shove ugly expensive frames on me...blah blah..I chose with no help from her. When I went to pick them up is the real problem..one arm kept sticking out to the left and I was told thats just the way they are...wow...what terrible customer service. They feel really big on my face and I'll be returning them. Not a good experience when my insurance paid for most of it..but I wound up paying like $150 out of pocket..oh and btw..at first she wanted over $200..I was going to leave and she miraculously took the price down. Whole thing was shady..smallest store ive ever been to and after I get these replaced I wont be back..I plan to let Eyemed know. And I have a feeling that not so friendly reviews get tossed out...I have a hard time believing that all these 5* reviews is all they get. Lol
