Arrived there at 6pm to pickup sunglasses that only needed to be returned because we found a much better deal elsewhere. We didn't even get to tell her the reason but she decided to go to another customer instead of just refunding my daughter. She spent another 20 min with him then went to another customer and took longer with his pickup. Then she was about to go back to the first customer until I spoke up. It was like she was punishing her for not wanting to keep the glasses. It took Sandy less time to return the money back to her card than any of the people she helped before helping us. I don't want to make it a race thing because she was working under pressure, ALONE. Do better and help Sandy to manage her time better. We didn't get out until 7:35p.

I'm moving so won't be coming back here anyway but slightly disappointed by my most recent visit.
