A screw fell out and the replacement screws I had weren’t long enough.Ms Vega offered to see if she could fix it. Within minutes Ms Vega had repaired the glasses and when I asked what I owed, she said there was no charge. The store was busy, I didn’t have an appointment, but Ms Vega stopped what she was doing to help me. Everyone working there was pleasant and made my day that much easier by helping me out.

Once I showed up and then realized they closed in 5 minutes, started to leave, but the manager helped me despite her having to stay a bit late! I appreciated that so much. The team is very kind, caring, and attentive! It was a pleasure to go there for my eye care exams and glasses, they do contacts too. I appreciated that they had such a huge selection of frames too-with great, well known brands from higher end to really affordable. It is so easy to make an appointment, I did mine online, but they always answer the phone too :) Super nice people, a pleasure to engage with,. And always having smiles! I’d say EVERYONE there has a positive attitude and they’re all so helpful, the great teamwork was apparent as well, which is nice to see. Overall a beautiful experience and I highly recommend Target Optical SoDo Orlando!
