- MGMalia Gandy1 day ago1.0ERNESTO or whatever his name was, was EXTREMELY rude when I was asking for assistance with what I needed to do to upgrade my membership to a black card so that I can use it in a different state. While he was talking to me, I had a hard time understanding everything he was saying due to a strong accent and when I let him know that and tried repeating what I thought I heard him say because I wanted to make sure I understood, he said “I don’t have an accent and I explained what you needed to do.” before hanging up on me. I have NEVER had to deal with anyone like that before.
