He, however, misunderstood what I said to him and was typing my information incorrectly. I tried correcting him in a cordial manner so that I could gain entry into the gym. He said it wrong several times and got mad at me. What kind of customer service is that? I approached him calm and collective and he came at me with an attitude. I bought a new phone and am locked out of my account as of 3 days ago. I gave him my phone number and email address and he typed it in wrong and he told me I had to leave. Unbelievable!

He does not problem solve as a manager, instead of diffusing situations he prefers to argue to prove his point. He has zero professionalism. He doesn’t have proper manager training. I suggest visiting another planet fitness. “Judgment free zone” doesn’t apply to this fitness facility. By far the worst experience ever.

Planet Fitness truly focuses on the needs of its members, and their exceptional customer service deserves recognition.
