Lisa E. seemed very eager to help me at first and I provided documentation right away. A month later they tried to brush me off to the JAX location whom I was informed does not carry such item needed. I let her know and still nothing, her manager or supervisor was supposed to provide her with guidance. I am still waiting, I message her in Sept. again and nothing. I emailed Corey F. and no response. Thank you for the time wasted.
