  Castellini and his team are absolutely fantastic. They're super gentle and make you feel at ease, even when you're getting a procedure that might normally make you squirm. They're also really straightforward and honest with you, explaining everything they're doing and why. It's great to have a dentist who doesn't sugarcoat things, but still manages to make the whole experience really comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  Dr. Castellini at MedPlex Dental is truly exceptional. He takes a minimally invasive, “only what’s necessary” approach to repairing teeth, and really listens to his patients' needs. My son and I were both fitted for night guards, and we’re so much better off compared to our experiences with other dentists in the past. Any time I have sensitivity or feel anxious, he is especially patient and careful, always making sure I’m comfortable. He was also wonderful with my son, kind and reassuring throughout. After such a positive experience, I’m now bringing my husband as well. We’re so grateful to have found such thoughtful, conservative care! I happily drive 40 minutes for Dr. Castellini.

  I have had such a great experience at Medplex. They were actually my second opinion. I was told at the first dentist that I would need 6 crowns. However, Dr Castellini with his knowledge of dentistry was able to save all of those teeth. I have saved so much money. Even paying upfront was not an issue because they billed my insurance company and a good portion of my bill was covered. He was so gentle that before I left after each treatment I scheduled my next visit. Also finding an office that has considerate staff and a fantastic Dentist is unheard of these days. I would recommend Dr Castellini to anyone that is looking for a great dentist and office staff.

  I had an incredible experience with Dr. Castellini and his team. After years of living with severe jaw pain and feeling like I wasn’t getting real answers, I finally felt heard and supported. Dr. Castellini took the time to truly listen to my concerns and helped guide me to discover that I have multiple dental cavitations. What stood out most was his genuine care and patience. He never made me feel rushed, always took the time to answer my questions, and was even willing to take phone calls when I needed extra support. As someone also dealing with Lyme disease, I deeply appreciated that he looked at my health holistically and offered thoughtful recommendations beyond just dentistry. If you’re looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable holistic dentist who truly cares about your overall well-being, I cannot recommend Dr. Castellini enough.

  I have been going to Medplex Dental for over 8 years, and Dr. Castellini continues to amaze me every time with his professionalism and exceptional skill in dentistry. In addition, the staff are the embodiment of compassion and support. Five stars is simply not enough. You will not regret receiving services at Medplex Dental, you will definitely feel valued and heard as an individual.
