Purchased two sets of glasses. Abigail, who was very professional and helpful, stated my glasses would arrive in 10 days. After day 9, one set of glasses showed up but the lenses were falling out. I was able to get the lenses back in and fixed. The second set of glasses still have not showed up yet. Its been 14 days now. Being a truck driver I have to get back out on the road and I am getting no response from anybody here for when the glasses will be here. I am very pissed off now!! Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. It would be nice if I can get a timeline but these people have no clue.😡😡😡

My husband and I are both very impressed with this location. In particular Alejandra has been an excellent sales associate. She met with us prior to the holidays but we weren’t ready to make a purchase yet. She followed up in January and has been incredibly knowledgeable, gave us multiple options, and didn’t pressure us into purchasing higher priced glasses. She was also honest about her personal experiences with transitions etc. probably my best experience at a LensCrafters location ever, to date and I’ve been a customer at other locations for years.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
