Came in to get adjustments for my glasses and Amy Jo literally fixed them in less than 5 minutes! I’m grateful because they were a little tight and she loosened them and replaced the clear nose pieces for softer ones. :)

I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but I really did not like the service at this place.
I went in because I had seen a pair of glasses online and wanted to check if they had them available. I had my prescription with me and was interested in getting the frames made at this location. The person who assisted me, when I asked about the model I was looking for, said, “I don’t have that one.” I asked if they had anything similar, and she showed me one pair and said it was the closest option.
I looked at them and told her they seemed too big. I then asked if it was possible to order the model I had seen online. At that point, I was basically the one suggesting options and explaining what I was looking for.
Her response was simply “yes,” but she showed no real interest in helping me beyond that. She just said, “All the glasses of this style are here, and there are more in the drawer below if you want to open it and look.” Then she turned around and walked away.
She literally left me there alone. She didn’t try to guide me or make any effort to help me find something I liked or to make sure I left satisfied.
For that reason, I’m leaving only one star. The customer service was very poor. I hope to find another place where someone actually takes the time to properly assist their customers.
Update:
After my first visit, I had a bad experience and left a negative review because the person who attended me that day was not very kind. However, I want to update my opinion because the store team took the time to contact me, ask what had happened, and give me a second opportunity.
Today I returned and was attended by Amy Jo, the store manager, and the experience was completely different. I was treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. It’s clear that they truly care about listening to their customers and improving their service.
I really appreciate that they took my comment seriously and made the effort to change my experience. This time I received exceptional service. They definitely deserve five stars for their customer service and for showing that they care about doing things right.

I had a really great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Alejandra and Amy Jo. From the moment I walked in, they were both very welcoming and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Alejandra was extremely helpful in helping me pick out frames that fit well and looked good, and she was very patient while I tried different options. Amy Jo was also great and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend this location.

Amazing staff. Very nice, it felt like I was talking to a friend that really cared about my eyes. They made sure everything was fit right for my face and made sure that I got what I needed. Price they gave me for what I wanted was great and overall fantastic service. Jose (the employee that was with me) went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and provided all the information and then more before leaving with the prescription I needed.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
