  I have been wearing glasses for about 20 years now and I always dread the time when it a new pair is in order.After all, for someone who’s is wearing glasses all day, this is a big part on my identity. So no difference this time and I had already been to multiple other stores where I had less than a stellar experiences. That all changed when I walked into LensCrafters at Millenia Mall. ALEX did an outstanding job consulting and helping me to find my new frames. Knowledgeable , friendly, patient and never pushy. I felt Alex always had my best interest in mind a didn’t push any particular brand or price point. Excellent customer service , great selection and overall one of the best experiences I have had buying new glasses in many years!

  I recently visited LensCrafters at the Mall at Millenia with my little one, and I have to say, it was hands down the best eye care experience we've ever had. As a single dad, I always appreciate when staff go the extra mile to make things smooth and kid-friendly, and this team absolutely nailed it. First off, huge props to Dr. Ton O.D. – he was an absolute gem! Super kind and gentle with my little one during her exam, especially when she was navigating those tricky "1 or 2" choices and needed a bit more time to decide. He was incredibly patient, never rushed us, and took the time to listen to every concern and question we had. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making the whole process feel effortless and reassuring. It's rare to find a doctor who's this attentive and compassionate – Dr. Ton made what could have been a stressful appointment into the smoothest one to date. We're beyond grateful for his expertise and warmth! Then there's Jules, the star of the show – wow, what a phenomenal associate! She was incredibly attentive from the moment we walked in, thinking of every little detail to make my little one feel comfortable and excited about her new glasses. Jules didn't just help; she went above and beyond, especially tailoring her approach for a single dad like me juggling it all. And let's be real – Jules was absolutely stunning in every way: her professional approach, her appearance, and her impeccable fashion sense left a lasting impression. My little one even loved what she was wearing and couldn't stop talking about how great her personality was with us – she mentioned that I hadn't smiled with someone like that in a long time. Jules wasn't just friendly and sweet, but a true expert who knows her tech inside and out. When it came to my own pair, she helped me score the coolest set of glasses I've ever owned – I didn't even think they had the colorless version in stock, but she dug deep, checked everywhere, and sure enough, pulled it off like a pro. Her knowledge of the latest tech was impressive; she broke down the new Transitions lenses in a way that was easy to understand and even demoed some of the coolest color options we've seen yet. We ended up buying everything on the spot because it all felt so right! My little one absolutely adored Jules – she thought she was the greatest help ever, extremely kind, and so sweet throughout. Jules even offered to clean our older glasses right before we left, which was such a thoughtful touch. We can't wait to come back and buy another pair from her soon – Jules, you're a rockstar!
