Highly recommend this Lens Crafters location. Tons of frame options. Julie the store team lead helped me. She was fantastic. Answered questions before I even and asked them and took great care of me while also balancing tech challenges and team questions. She kept everything moving and with a smile.

LensCrafters has denied my insurance twice now even though when you call it says they take “super vision”. I filled out the paper work prior with my insurance so to be lazy and sit back two weeks and allow me to drive to the store and wait and then turn me away is terrible customer service. I’ve only gone to LensCrafters and this has happened twice now. If you don’t take the insurance then specify that instead of wasting peoples time. Very disappointed. Will never come here again. Got my first pair of glasses here when I was 12. Lost a valuable customer.

Would never shop here again.... So bought my glasses back in July loved them eveyrhtibf was great one of my lenses got a chip that I didn't notice until a few months later... called them and they were willing to change them for free which was great and for that part I'd give them 5 stars but when they changed the lenses they spread the arms of the glasses so wide thwy no longer fit my face at all and kept falling off. Tried to call and get a response no one ever called me back from voicemail I left so I made a 3rd trip into the store they adjusted them but said they can only make but so much adjustments decided I would try to deal with them as they felt a little better but not like they did before they changed out the lenses. After half a day or trying to use them and them sliding down my face every 5 seconds I called the store I was basically told other than making a 4th trip into the store for them to try and adjust it again there's nothing they will do. So I spend like $400 after insurance on these glasses and basically eill have a pair of glasses I cant even wear. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will make my 4th trip in there to see what they say and will update this review after the next visit but just from what thw person on the phone told me seems like they won't do anything beyond adjusting them and they are acting like it's my fault they no longer fit my face after they changed the lenses.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
