I tried to make an appointment using the website, but was unsuccessful. After multiple attempts, I called the 800 number and was able to schedule an appointment. Then, less than 24 hours prior to my appointment, they called to let me know that they no longer accept one of the largest insurance carriers in Florida. Overall, my recent experience has been very disappointing. I won't be back.
