She called me the day before to coordinate and was very attentive from the start, asking thoughtful questions about my baby and our routine. I even asked if she could arrive a couple of hours earlier and stay a bit later, and she kindly agreed without hesitation. What impressed me the most was how empathetic she was — she even asked what time I had to leave for work so she could come 30 minutes earlier to make sure I had time to give her all the instructions. My baby was so happy with her, and I know that because my sister (who couldn’t take care of my baby that day due to a recent knee surgery) was there keeping me updated the whole time. Lynette followed every instruction perfectly, was incredibly sweet and respectful until the very end. I normally don’t feel comfortable leaving my baby with someone new, but that day no one else was available — and I’m so glad I trusted her.
