- LLLMar 7, 20231.0This is the absolute WORST GNC location I've been to! Customer service is beyond horrible & the employees definitely NEED training, when is comes to providing service. I arrived to this location @ 5:55pm. The door was locked, lights on & no one was inside. I called, no one answered. I knocked, no one answered. The hours of operation posted stated closing time of 9pm. Finally, the African America male employee comes from a nearby restaurant with food & I asked if he was the employee. He said yes. He had no GNC attire on, nor a name badge. When he handed me my online order, I asked if this truly was my order, because it was packed in a brown box. His response was he didn't know because he didn't pack my order. I told him I've never received similar previous orders in a box & wanted to make sure. I stood there & opened the box to check for myself, since he didn't care if it was accurate. I then asked for his name & he randomly said Joseph. That could be a made up name for all I know. This is not the 1st time I've experienced poor service @ this location! I would NEVER recommend this GNC location, to any one! Attached is a video showing location was locked & no one to assist!
