  Great gym overall, however this review is specifically for the childcare facility. As a new mom I was weary of leaving my baby with anyone but I desperately needed to get back in the gym for my mental health. The staff in the childcare facility is so kind and great with children of all ages. I can already tell my baby girl is fond of Sausan Safadi & Kassandra. They’re genuinely such sweet women and I feel safe leaving my baby in their hands while I workout. Highly recommend!!

  Just received a call from a collection company that brought a so-called debt of mine from this gym. Thankfully, I never deleted an important email and save the emails of me Emailing CF FITNESS to cancel my membership and them responding that it was canceled , thankfully I paid with my credit card so that transaction was found . these people can potentially go on your credit report as a collection and drop your score over 70 points for their mistake and when they fix it, your credit will only go back up a few points. Don’t let this happen to you. Don’t let their carelessness mess up your credit go to a gym that doesn’t require you to make a 12 month commitment. I have referred so many people to this gym and I will not be doing so any longer.

  Fitness CF is always very clean, which I really appreciate. However, there are newer gyms in the area that offer more amenities and a more modern experience. Adding features like a steam room or hot tub would really elevate this location and make it one of the best gyms in town again. There seems to be an opportunity to use the space in the executive locker rooms or even the old smoothie area to expand amenities. Right now, the gym is solid, but it no longer stands out compared to the competition.

  Read their “professional” response to my review and you’ll understand exactly how this business operates. That’s also how they treat customers in person. The facts don’t change. The couples massage room has been used for inappropriate activity. Management was notified multiple times. Instead of actually fixing the problem, they put up a dummy camera and allowed it to continue.... The pictures speak for themselves!! you can also go and check for yourself. there is no camera!

  Great gym with a clean setup and good equipment. The atmosphere is motivating and the staff is friendly. Jamie was really helpful and took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was set up right.
