I have been going to LensCrafters for my eye exams for 20 years. This was my first time going to the location in Mall at Millenia. I had no idea that this was a contracted eye exam company that just happened to be located in a LensCrafters. I was shocked to find out at my exam that there were NO records of my past 20 years on file although it is under the same company. Them not having my old prescription on file added to confusion and jeopardizing the accuracy of my new prescription.
My interactions will all three staff members there at the time of my exam was unprofessional and unpleasant. Dr. Tiffany Martino and the two young women working the front desk/techs made it clear they would rather be doing anything else than be at work. I felt completely unheard and overall dismissed the entire time I was there. I strongly suggest to NOT go to this location for eye exams specifically (DPA is the eye exam company that sits in the LensCrafters). I do want to note I went for a recheck a week later because I felt the originally exam was incorrect due to the doctor and techs not listening to my concerns. At my second exam I saw Dr. Trinh Ton and I had a much better experience with him. He listened and was professional the whole time. I suggest if you are going to this location, you should specifically book an appointment with him. Avoid Dr. Tiffany Martino if you care at all about bed side manner.

Dr Anna Tann and the sales associate Dani were both amazing and took excellent care of my wife and I. This is our 2nd visit to this location and will continue going here for the thorough and accurate prescription for both distance and up close. Also the wide selection of designer frames. This location is at the millenia mall next to the Macy's on the 2nd floor. Highly recommend.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
