  Bad service, I went 2 times to the office and did not get an appointment, they said they would call me back, I called them back and they do not respond in an uneducated manner, they send you to leave a recorded message, where no one calls you back. I lost almost 3 weeks with this center.

  I’d give 0 stars if I could. They never answer the phone. Onboarding was a nightmare. When I finally did set an appointment for a virtual session, I never received the meeting link I was told I would. Emailed the therapist twice before my appt time to let her know that I didn’t get the link… no response. Called the main office… no response. Called the therapist… no response. But they have the nerve to charge a no-show fee and late cancelation fee to their patients. The absolute nerve. I should have listened to the other two 1 star reviews. This place is not good.

  They don’t answer the phone, don’t call you back when you leave a voice mail and don’t even respond when you send in an appointment request through their own website. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time.

  Unethical Billing Practices - I provided my updated health insurance prior to the appointment. The last appointments I’ve had there were in December. In April, I received a charge deducted from my bank (they require you to put a card on file in order to be seen). Nearly 4 months after being seen they charge me $200 without notice. No invoices or phone calls received. When I called I was told that it was because I didn’t have insurance for those two dates of service. I advised them that I provided updated insurance. The representative then told me that they actually do have my correct insurance on file but the claims were never billed. She advised that they would be billed and I would be refunded. To date, there are still no claims billed to my insurance. Regardless, the claims will be denied for timely filling. My profession is healthcare administration, specifically billing and revenue cycle management. I can say, with knowledge and experience, that this is unethical billing practices. I NEVER leave reviews, however I think other consumers should be wary of this company. To out of the blue, during an economic crisis, charge someone with no invoices or warning, is unbelievable. Imagine if I was a person unemployed due to COVID. I’m just glad my daughter’s therapist is no longer associated with them.
