  I joined Club Pilates as a new mom who was recently postpartum. The instructors were great, and the management and staff were so accommodating while I was getting my bearings as a new mom. You really can’t beat Pilates as a postpartum workout. It targets the TVA, and it helped me heal and rebuild my deep core strength.

  If you’re thinking about becoming a Pilates instructor stay Far Away from Club Pilates. I wish I would have know this before I spent all this money. For the same money I could have got a far better Pilates certification with Balanced Body. Karina, the master instructor who I did my training with was average. Nothing special about her instruction. She was not a good mentor either. Club Pilates pushes out so many instructors so the market is flooded with second class instructors. Club Pilates pays poorly as well. This company own over 150 Club Pilates studios! It’s not about people anymore. It’s just about profit. Club Pilates has ruined the Pilates name. It’s corporate greed just like the rest of corporate America!

  I took a class with LZ and she was truly amazing!! more than words can describe. I’ve taken multiple classes at different Club Pilates locations, and I’ve honestly never felt as challenged as I did in her class. I loved how she offered so many modifications for every exercise, whether you wanted to make it a little easier or really push yourself and make it more challenging. Her verbal cues are absolutely incredible. She has such a gift for clearly explaining movements and helping you connect to the exercise in a deeper way. You always knew exactly what to focus on. I also really appreciated the hands-on adjustments. She was very sweet, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire class. As for the studio itself, it’s very clean and there’s plenty of parking, which makes it super convenient. Overall, I’m already looking forward to going back to this specific location and taking another class with LZ!

  Highly recommend as I really loved this Club Pilates. Everyone is warm, friendly, and welcoming. Mackenna and Natasha were my favorite instructors. I’m moving but I’ll be back for visits! Thank you for being awesome!
