- SSScottOct 10, 20255.0I could not possibly be happier with my experience at this office. Alyssa is the office coordinator, makes the appointments, and handles much of the paperwork. Andrea is the clinician and does the fittings and any troubleshooting. This is one of the most professional and patient oriented offices that I have ever been in. Andrea is a perfectionist and very committed to restoring the hearing in her patients. she is incredibly patient and willing to invest whatever time is needed to make the patient comfortable and understanding of how the hearing aid works and how to take care of it. I am not good with Technology. I was so impressed that Andrea never showed anything but sincere interest in making certain that I knew what I was doing. She had to show me things four and five times and made me feel like I was the only patient in her world. My only regret is that I did not go here months earlier. I really can’t say enough good about this office.
