  Would love to give them 5 stars but I just can't. The elevator lift was put in 5 months ago and the electric door opener put in 1 month ago. Both need service. I called only to find out that the local branch (franchise) is out of business. I was connected to the next closest which is Saratoga. They won't honor my contract with the Orlando branch. I call the main office and they said they would contact both manufacturers to provide service. It's been almost 2 weeks and have heard nothing after waiting 2 weeks for them to return my call. They products were installed after they had already closed their store and Orlando and now won't honor the contract. My contract is with 101 Mobility not a franchise. Extremely disappointed. I finally get it installed and can't use it. Horrible customer service. They knew how to take my money. As far as I am concerned they fraudently sold this to me, because the parent company doesn't want to honor their contract contract. Shame on them. I paid them well over $10,000 and have nothing to show for it that I can use.

  It was a pleasure to work with Annie and this company. From the first phone to the installation of our lift, all interactions were professional and we felt well taken care of. Annie made the process easy and informative. We are very happy our mother can now access the second floor in a safe and cared for way through our beautiful new lift. Thank you, Annie and team!!

  We have been using a Bruno Elite Curved Stairlift for just over a year now, and it has served us fairly well - the lift has two 90-deg horizontal curves, a few slight vertical curves, two intermediate landings, and a narrow stairwell to navigate. The ride is mostly smooth, with minor "bumps" (not at all unpleasant), which are expected based on the gear type used (rack & pinion), and the multiple joints and curves it must ride over. Ironically, the lift's motherboard failed while a tech was performing its first annual preventative maintenance; however, the tech ordered a replacement, under warranty, before leaving, so it was shipped out fairly quickly, installed, and the lift put back in service. And, it now runs just as nicely as before. We are quite happy with our Bruno lift!

  I want to thank 101 mobility for the service they gave us in the installation of the stairs and electric elevator for my mother and my aunt, Mrs. Annie for the kindness and suggestion in explaining and giving us the best alternative. We are very happy for the best service infinite thanks

  I was in the hospital recovering from a broken hip and dreaming of going home. At 92 I could not go up steps at home. I contacted several businesses about installing a lift and was referred to 101 Mobility. Annie promptly returned my call and met with my Son to learn if installing a lift could be done. From that time Annie made it happen. She drove to the Assisted Living Home where I was transitioning, to bring a contract and reassure me of every detail, including installation date I was to go home. The lift gave me freedom to be independent, going to Drs. & going outside for walking exercises & to enjoy the birds. 101 & Annie kept there word in every detail. My dream became a reality.
