    101 Mobility is the worse company that I have ever dealt with. First of all they charged 1800 dollars for a circuit board they claimed will fix the stairlift only for it to break again that very same day. When I called back they said they won’t be able to come out for another month but will keep me on a wait list and charge me another 250 dollars for the service call. Furthermore, the office personnel named “Dom”, who’s making the appointment, said I should go back to the people who installed the unit. Absolutely no consideration whatsoever! The unit is 5 years old and it was a certified installer by Bruno who installed it, but they are no longer in business. The company then gave me 101 mobility as a contact. I had to call another company from the Tampa area, who is certified by Bruno to repair the stair lift. Luckily for me I didn’t have to wait a month. It took them less than 20 mins to locate the problem. The unit is still under warranty by the manufacturer and the entire base was replaced. My Mom can have her life back without the constant struggle of the stairs. Save yourself the headache and wasted money, go with another company From your post your company shows guilt. People in need have to wait a month after failure? Freedom scooter & supply is the best, hence the name. Your technicians are elementary just like your rebuttal.
