  I found this doctor on Google and I should have known with the minimal reviews that this would be a hit or miss. I called and made my appointment and was excited they were able to get me in within a few weeks. When I called back to ask a couple of questions, the staff was not knowledgeable at all and could not assist me. I then went online to use their website to see if someone could assist and I never heard back. Let's skip to the day before my appointment. I did not hear anything confirming my booking or anything about paperwork- NO communication. I thought this was weird, so I called the office and the lady advised that I did not have an appointment, that it was cancelled by me. I advised I did not cancel anything and took the afternoon off from work for this. She then advised that they tried to contact me and that they did not hear back. This is when I asked to confirm the information. The information was wrong. I asked her who took all this information then and screwed this all up and she just advised "she would make a note of it" and was able to squeeze me in for another time on the same day. Unfortunately, because I was not comfortable with this even BEFORE going into the office, I cancelled. I would avoid this office.

  I tried to make an appointment and the staff (Gina) told me that I couldn't make an appointment because no one spoke Spanish in that office, even though I said I was going to interpret, what a shame!!!
