The technician apologized and let me know that they would have to reorder them. I was in desperate need of a new pair as the frame on my current pair was broken. When I expressed concern over the extended wait I would now face for my new glasses, the technician told me to stop by and said she would replace the frame on my broken ones for free to hold me over while I waited for the new pair to arrive. Now that's excellent customer service!

I really appreciated her attention to detail and how much she cared about making sure everything was just right.
