  Thank you , it was my first time going there an it was great . Staff very friendly and very knowledgeable, and also office was very clean all the way through .

  Love this place.... But don't like the dark room with the bright tv. Lol but this place they are super nice and quick

  I am writing to share my observations regarding an incident I witnessed at your office on March 25th 2026 around 4:45pm. During my visit, another patient Heather Edwards that wrote a dishonest review she was yelling and acting aggressively toward your staff because of the wait time. I want to commend your team for how they handled the situation. Despite the patient’s disruptive Karen behavior, the staff members behind the desk remained professional and were not rude at any point. I also noticed that, contrary to what may have been perceived, the staff were not speaking Spanish about the patient; they were simply working through a busy period that affected everyone waiting including me. In my view, your team did their absolute best to defuse a difficult situation with this patient who seemed determined to be displeased from the start of the visit. Some people you just can't please; I believe they handled the matter with great patience and deserve recognition for their efforts. By the way, Dr. Randolph you are the best!

  The worst place to go to. I would not recommend anyone to come here a 2 1/2 hour wait still have not seen the doctor. They close at 5pm there is still 6 people waiting to get seen and it's 4:48pm as of now. The front desk people are rude as hell and their face expression and then they talk Spanish like I did not know what they said.. lol they think they are funny talking about people. This is the worst place ever and we drove 1 1/2 away to come here. Never again in my life. I would give them 0 stars but you had to give 1 to make the post. 00 out of 10 recommended.
