I can't say enough about the level of professionalism, efficiency and personal attention I received at Baldwin Park Eye Care. Dr. Jagani, his staff and the equipment were all top-notch! My optician, Kritzia, was very courteous and so knowledgeable of her job, I felt so comfortable and satisfied with my fitting and, ultimately, my finished eyeglasses. I'd recommend them to anyone!
My experience at Baldwin Park Eye Care was excellent. Dr. Jagani was great... thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Jen was also amazing. She was patient as she taught me how to get contacts in and ensured I was completely happy with my new frames! I highly recommend this eye care office.

Service was top notch. It felt like I got a boutique experience. Everything was so personal and explained thoroughly. All of my questions were answered and I never felt rushed or like they were just trying to get to the next person. The best part was the personalizing of picking out glasses. They hand selected pairs for me to try rather than leaving me to wander on my own. If you’re thinking of switch from franchise to small business this I the one to use.

Friendly service-oriented atmosphere, easy to schedule appointments, convenient location. Overall, a welcoming client experience from the doctor and coordinating personnel.
The office is busy, usually wait 20-25 min. past scheduled visit but understandable given the volume of patients they serve across the community.
As far as getting new glasses, the consult team gave the sense that upselling is priority. There may be an opportunity to incorporate greater value towards client satisfaction.
My 1:1 with the tattooed curly haired clerk underscored the observation. When I communicated $700+ wasn’t the budget I originally had in mind as I was having trouble finding a frame I loved and quoted for the next best alternative, she became chilly or condescending in answering my questions. The tone bordered nasty-nice (if you know you know) which was not necessary.
I had brought my AmEx that day with the intent to order whatever pair I was at minimum comfortable with for the sake of convenience and retire an outdated Rx.
Once oriented to the Pretty Woman scene unfolding, my credit card and this 5-year Baldwin Park resident skedaddled. My appreciation to the exam staff’s guidance and hospitality.
