  I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics today. The entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, which made me feel comfortable right away. The person who performed my blood draw was especially skilled and gentle. I really appreciate the excellent service—highly recommended!

  Benn going to quest for a few years, I have never been asked to pay on the spot because Medicare might not pay for the blood test, Why couldn't I have been billed. I was given that option. You have my drivers license, insurace cards. Please advise!
