I would like to share that I received the sweetest and most wonderful customer service from Leilani on Monday, 3/23/2026. Leilani showed compassion, patience, and understanding when she assisted my father with the repair of his eyeglasses. My father has dementia and was very concerned about his eyeglasses issue. Leilani was kind, polite, and respectful as she straightened and tightened an arm of his eyeglasses. I am so grateful and appreciative for Leilani! Leilani made our day, week, month, etc! Thank you, Leilani!!!!!!!!

Very first time using Lens Crafters as well as coming to this location. Such an amazing experience from walking through the door to the completion of my visit. The front office staff were so very pleasant and answered any questions I had from check-in to my initial exams. The Dr was open, honest and explained each step of the exam. He was patient as we walked through which prescription was a best fit for me. Then on to the actual hard part.. picking glasses and the concern that I will get what is best for my eyes and make is cost effective. That whole process was painless, enjoyable and actually was way less than I have ever paid for progressive lens. Will definitely recommend this location to all of my family and friends.

I visited the Orange Park location today to pick up my glasses and was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Upon arrival, I informed the two gentlemen working that I was there to pick up my glasses. Unfortunately, I was essentially ignored and made to feel unwelcome. I have been a loyal LensCrafters customer for many years, and this experience was surprising and discouraging. Customer service has always been a key reason I continued choosing LensCrafters, but this interaction has caused me to reconsider. As of now, I plan for this to be my last year purchasing glasses with your company, as I intend to find a more welcoming and customer-focused provider moving forward.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
