It was like we were putting her out and she was too busy to help us. That was just as we were checking in. She handed us the tablet with such an attitude that I handed it back and said we are going to leave. It’s sad because we going to get 4 pairs of glasses but with her attitude, we are happy to take our business elsewhere. She should find a different job where she doesn’t have to deal with people if she wants to be so miserable to a customer.

I felt bad for the client who was with him trying to order their glasses. We left after waiting half an hour. This place is stuck in the 1990s with processes and tech, it seems.

I left without buying any glasses because I had 6 people in front of me. The lady at the frint told me to pick frames and to see the man over at the desk. There was only one guy working the frames and he never even said I will be with you. So I left and ordered my glasses elsewhere.

I normally get my glasses and eye exams at my eye Dr in oakleaf however I had a negative experience with the new front desk staff so I went to Pearl Vision on wells rd. Every one was very friendly (staff dr etc) the issue I’m having is I paid in full for glasses for myself and my 2 children their glasses came back within a week however my glasses that were in the same order on the same date have yet to come back we are now 2 months in and I still have no glasses or no explanation as to where my paid glasses are this is EXTREMELY frustrating and for this reason I don’t recommend pearl vision as stated this is nothing on the staff themselves but if you’re someone like me who needs their glasses you will understand why I won’t return or refer anyone to the practice and as of this day writing this review I still don’t have my Glasses or an explanation either
