She outright lied when I declined the eye dilation and said my insurance wouldn’t cover the exam and her attitude was horrible. She should not work in any position that requires working with the public. I won’t be going back there just because of her.

I just wasted an hour of my children's after school time to drive for no reason. Smh. Y'all need more staff. Those hours make it IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to come here and actually do anything when we have to work. The only insurance you take is commercial.... Which is through employers. Make that make sense..............

Sometimes that Passion can be misread as not listening , When I was frustrated but ultimately after speaking more with her I learned it is because she just wants to help. Unfortunately service provided by the front desk which includes checking in, verifying benefits, the prescreening tests… was less than pleasant to say it nicely. Very argumentative as my insurance details were not found even though I gave to a gentleman the day before and filled them in on the electronic paperwork. She advised they didn’t give them to her as she was off. It took 5-10 tries on both the puff of air and the machine for the back of eye picture. I chalked that y up to a bad day, but my adult daughter had a similar experience with her appt and when picking up the order her demeanor was just as bad as the first time.
