Upon arrival, I informed the two gentlemen working that I was there to pick up my glasses. Unfortunately, I was essentially ignored and made to feel unwelcome. I have been a loyal LensCrafters customer for many years, and this experience was surprising and discouraging. Customer service has always been a key reason I continued choosing LensCrafters, but this interaction has caused me to reconsider. As of now, I plan for this to be my last year purchasing glasses with your company, as I intend to find a more welcoming and customer-focused provider moving forward.
