  Fannie is a godsend for my sister, Rose. In Rose's words," Fannie keeps me grounded. Fannie is a good cook, housekeeper, and listener. She teaches me things I didn't know about myself. She builds up my self esteem by dressing me nicely, applying make up, and encouraging me to exercise and do simple activities. Fannie is very meticulous and takes care of all the little things. She also cares for my beloved dog, Romeo." I would like to add, that Fannie is extremely reliable, competent, and conscientious. She has given my sister a new outlook on life. And, we are blessed to have her.

  Gratitude for Exceptional Caregivers Recognizing Compassion and Dedication I feel incredibly fortunate to have Larissa and Fatima caring for my husband. Alzheimer’s is a devastating disease, but they see him as the person he truly is, beyond the illness. Transition to New Caregivers For about two years, I relied on Home Instead and had the same caregiver, Shannon, with us six days a week. When Shannon had to leave due to her own health diagnosis, I was blessed to have Larissa and Fatima step in and seamlessly continue caring for my husband. Their presence allows me to be his wife for part of the day, rather than just his caregiver. They have adjusted to changes in his mobility, transitioning from assisting him with a rollator to providing care when he became bed bound following a fall and hospital stay. Upholding Dignity and Calm They remain calm during repetitious questions and outbursts. They give him dignity while helping with his baths and personal hygiene, they keep his pride intact. Communication and Attentiveness They keep me informed of his attitude and his appetite. They notice any new bump or bruise. They have helped turn difficult mornings into peaceful ones. Personalized Care and Comfort Whether it’s Fatima playing his favorite music while bathing, or Larissa watching his beloved cowboy shows and asking questions he can answer, they intuitively seem to know what he needs to feel safe and loved.   We've been using Home Instead for a short time, however, Ms.Zoie is amazing & my mom, who has Alzheimer's absolutely adores her & enjoys her visits daily!! Highly recommend HI & Zoie if you get the chance!!

  This question is very ambiguous, however my experience with Home Instead has been good and I have no complaints. My experience with my client has been fulfilling as I watched him going from being frustrated and confused to confident and assured.

  The Caregivers they provide are well trained, and on schedule. If there is ever an issue with their personnel or schedules, they take care of it immediately. My mother and I are very satisfied with the service Home Instead provides.
