Abby was with our family for over six years, lovingly caring for my mother who lived with dementia and supporting my father as he aged and faced the many challenges that come with it. From the very first day Abby walked into their lives, it was clear she was someone special. My parents called me at work that same day and asked, “Can we have her more often?” I immediately contacted the office and requested that Abby care for the two most important people in my life on a regular basis. Thankfully, she said yes. Abby went far beyond meeting their daily needs. She brought warmth, patience, and genuine kindness into our home, making every day feel a little brighter. She took the time to create meaningful moments, especially encouraging the bond between my parents and their grandchildren, which meant the world to all of us.
