- PHp hansenNov 5, 20255.0Excellent reset on Phonak hearing aids I was given, to my personal needs, for a fair price. Have been back twice for minor repairs. They get you in and out - fast! People in office are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hard to find online presence, even for this review. Part of problem is name change to Audio Nova (from Connect Hearing) not clearly recognized, but worth the effort in tracking them down again. I would definitely consider getting new Phonak hearing aids here, when needed!!

I was greeting by the friendly and wonderful Helene, who answered my questions and walked me through what the appointment would be. Dr. Valentine was friendly, personable, caring and most of all knowledgeable. He explained every test before he performed them, was aware of my comfort level and explained the audiogram in understandable terms. I never felt pressured to purchase hearing aids, but felt incredibly supported once I made the choice to. Dr. Valentine showed me all the settings, helped me set them up to pair with my phone and walked me through what the experience of hearing with them would be. A+ service and care.

I was told that they would put some in the mail for me. That very evening when I arrived home I pulled up to my mailbox and the lady from Connect Hearing pulled up behind me, got out, and handed me a package with the batteries. No that is service!
