Gabriela was our clinical services manager and she greatly exceeded our expectations. She made getting glasses both easy and fun. She has turned us into forever clients here! I am so thankful for this experience and my mom’s new glasses!

They will tell you to come in and then take hours to help you, even with an appointment. They are rude, talk to down to people, and when they did a repair they messed up the glasses even more. The Hispanic lady that does the exams should be fired. She is the worst one. They have lost a customer. I can't deal with them anymore.

They just want your money . On monday dec 8. I went to change my contact lenses. I bought the 1 year supply of contact lens from them for $400 dollars after their eye examination. The perscription was so bad that I could read with them They said I have to make appoitment. So I make appoitment on thursday dec 11. When I get there they said I have to wait,there are 4-5 people ahead of you.or do you want make another appoitment?What is the best day for you? And I said why! I already make apoitment ,it doesn't make any sence. I'll wait. After like 30 minutes they tell me that thier equipment is broken, we can't check your eyes. Can you came back ?. . And stupid me... I made another appointment for saturday dec 13. ( In my mind I think why can they check other people eyes , but not me). So again I showed up for my appointment today, Saturday ... You know what they said? We have to check your eyes again and that costs $115 or $150 and you have to buy new contacts too. And its costs more now because your insurance does't cover it. They wouldn't waranty thier perscription or contacts! Wowwwww .... You screwed up my priscription, gave me contacts that don't work and took my money, and insursnce company money,!? They don't know take care customers. I hope somebody report them. This is not right. Do your self a favor and go to another company that wants your business! They don't care and they can't do thier Job! Just want your $
