    Donna and staff truly amazing people. I went in thinking I could not afford 6000 dollars for hearing aids and they worked a miracle and I left being able to hear for the first time in years!

    Donna is absolutely wonderful to work with she is deliteful in every aspect of the entire process and Kimberly is as well, from the first time I put these in I didn't want to take them out infact they are so comfortable and adequate that I usually get in bed and then have to get up to put them on charge, it's probably one of the best experiences I have ever had thank you so very much Donna and Kimberly and miracle ear

    Donna was amazing. She is so knowledgeable, warm, and pleasant, and very professional at the same time. She made me feel totally at ease and explained everything step by step. I told her that I am a psychotherapist and appreciate knowing the science and the rationale behind procedures, and she gave me a detailed and proficient explanation of how the ear works, the science of hearing and the role of the brain in the whole process. The testing revealed that I do not need hearing aids but I have lost some degree of my hearing through aging, etc. The focus was then placed on preventing further hearing loss. Overall this is how this sensitive and potentially very emotional situation of fearing hearing loss should be handled; Donna did a great job and I will go back in a year for a followup assessment. I highly recommend her!
