  The staff are so professional and pleasant. The care is excellent and Dr. Wang is amazing. I feel very confident in my treatment at FL Eye Clinic of Ocoee.

  Today was a very good day at the Florida Eye clinic. I was moved along quickly which was very nice. In the past I have experienced longer delays. Doctor Singh was knowledgeable , interested and helpful as were the technicians. Good experience.

  Front desk people should be more polite , the waiting to see the doctor was very long, the doctor was very profesional and explain the condition that I was having with my eyes.

  Dr. Wang is a physician that can be trusted. I love her expertise, knowledge and clear explanations. I have been in her care for years and she has always helped me with my eye issues. Catherine Wilson

  My visit on 3/30/26 with Dr. Wang was excellent. She is an excellent physician and I only have high praises for her. (I have been a patient here for 2 years.) However, the front office and manager are much less to be desired. Most incompetent people who do not know how to handle preauthorization or insurance verification when there is a question about coverage. According to the manager, they do not do insurance verification or preauthorization prior to your appt. They are like robots who only go by what they see on your insurance website (which could be the wrong site too). I spoke to my insurance company twice after my visit and verified I have 0 co-pay even with the testing procedures I was having done b/c of the contracted Medicare fees which are all in network. I don't understand why the manager insists on what she sees on the computer and she adamantly refuses to call my insurance to verify. My insurance rep sent my EOC via fax to their billing dept. and she still refuses to take a look at them and insists on the $25 charge. A simple call to my insurance company could have resolved all this matter but she is stubborn to do so. This is very bad customer service and very poor business practice. I hope management will give them continuing education courses on insurance verification and best practices on customer relations. I have cancelled my husband's appt with them next week and made an appt with another doctor, whose office verified his insurance coverage, which is the same as mine, and he is told he has 0 copay as stated by our insurance benefits. I am very disappointed and disgusted with the business office and the way they handle complaints at Florida Eye Clinic Ocoee office. Good luck to them. I hope they don't keep losing patients because of poor customer service.
