- MGMarie Louise GreenidgeJan 20, 20265.010 out of 10! This is my second visit and the entire experience from the front desk staff to Dr. Martinez provided excellent care. These people really care about their patients. I was scheduled for a follow up visit but one of my crowns (done elsewhere 11years ago) popped off while water flossing at high pressure - a definite no-no! I got a new appointment for a longer visit and they were able to take care of everything right away. The entire experience being there, from the music playing to the images on the TV screens, kept me very calm and relaxed. Dr. Martinez is very skilled at working with difficult and challenging dental issues. He speaks to you like a he cares about, not just walking in and doing his stuff and walking out. Everything was explained to me and costs were discussed before the work was done. This is especially important since they do not take dental insurance, but I still chose to go there. They’re doing everything right and are open to feedback. Keep up the good work!
