  Dr Franco Sabino is very professional and explained everything for us to understand how the hearing works. I really appreciate the receptionist and the doctor on a job well done and for understanding my frustrations with my hearing. Really recommend them.

  My experience at the Ocoee location has always been a pleasant one. Francesca is always so product knowledgeable and professional. They treat you with Courtesy and Compassion each visit has never been this disappointing I recommend them to anyone they get five stars.

  My mom received a flyer in the mail stating the hearing test and evaluation would be free. Well she was currently with another local hearing office but she had never really been satisfied with the service or the hearing aids she received there. We decided to give Miracle Ear in Ocoee a try and oh boy, were we completely happy that we did! Cassie was very thorough and explained every step of the process to evaluate moms hearing. Mom was fitted with a pair of hearing aids during the visit and the smile on her face I’ll never forget it! She said, “I can hear you guys, I almost want to cry”. It was awesome to experience this with my mom. Cassie is changing lives and is a blessing to our family. Moms quality of life now will help us to build many more beautiful memories with her thanks to Cassie. We were able to choose the aids we wanted and financing was available to fit moms budget.   My mom and I went to Miracle Ear in West Oaks Towne Center in Ocoee, FL and were so impressed! Firstly, everyone is so kind. They offered delicious snacks and beverages which in itself is so cool. We filled out forms and was seen immediately by the vice president, Jim! How cool is that? Jim is so personable, witty, knowledgeable and engaging. He taught us so much in a short amount of time. Cassie performed our hearing tests and examined our inner ears. She is so sweet and efficient at her job. If you've ever had any issue with your hearing I implore you to visit Miracle Ear in Ocoee and meet awesome people, get some snacks and allow them to fix any issues you may have with your ears. Be prepared to be impressed.
