  Dr Franco Sabino is very professional and explained everything for us to understand how the hearing works. I really appreciate the receptionist and the doctor on a job well done and for understanding my frustrations with my hearing. Really recommend them.

  My experience at the Ocoee location has always been a pleasant one. Francesca is always so product knowledgeable and professional. They treat you with Courtesy and Compassion each visit has never been this disappointing I recommend them to anyone they get five stars.

  My mom received a flyer in the mail stating the hearing test and evaluation would be free. Well she was currently with another local hearing office but she had never really been satisfied with the service or the hearing aids she received there. We decided to give Miracle Ear in Ocoee a try and oh boy, were we completely happy that we did! Cassie was very thorough and explained every step of the process to evaluate moms hearing. Mom was fitted with a pair of hearing aids during the visit and the smile on her face I’ll never forget it! She said, “I can hear you guys, I almost want to cry”. It was awesome to experience this with my mom. Cassie is changing lives and is a blessing to our family. Moms quality of life now will help us to build many more beautiful memories with her thanks to Cassie. We were able to choose the aids we wanted and financing was available to fit moms budget.   I am really pleased with the service, and the technician is awesome. Cassi and Terry take excellent care of me and they really know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them for your hearing aid needs. I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5.
