  Came into the office with an eye emergency . Turned out to be a torn retina . The office was great with me. The Dr explained everything thoroughly and helped me to feel confident about the procedure. The doctor was able to immediately complete laser surgery so that I walked out of there with the situation on the mend. They were kind, professional, and I would highly recommend . I’m new to the area so I honestly had no idea where to go. I’m so glad I chose. Florida Eye clinic of Ocoee.

  All went very well! The assistant knew her job very well! Very friendly! The Dr was very helpful and very professional! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the back! Keep up a job well done! I was very pleased. Thank y'all made me felt relaxed! And comfortable!

  Florida Eye Clinic has wonderful physicians, dedicated to the patient, highly knowledgeable in their field, and willing to explain patient plans. The issue that needs rectifying is the extensive wait times & to better plan patient work flow. When the patient has to experience extensive wait times, it disrupts not only the patients, but also the staff are under stress, and the provider feels rushed & not able to properly discuss patient care & procedures. The patient feels confused & often misunderstands important details concerning procedures to assist in their care. Possibly adding additional staff & providers who are properly trained would be beneficial. One of those staff members you have now is Kelly at the Ocoee office. Even under very busy conditions at my last visit, she was able to explain everything calmly & thoroughly. She is an excellent employee!

  Dr. Wang is caring, patient, thorough and really seems to know us. Though several of the front office staff can be brusk (and more than one of our friends has refused to return because they are not customer-service oriented) we find it is worth tolerating less-than-stellar office staff in order to enjoy extraordinary care from Dr. Wang and all of the techs and medical assistants.

  The personnel at the Florida Eye Clinic of Ocoee were very friendly and personable. From the moment I walked into the office, although I was about 5 minutes late, the front desk clerk greeted me with a smile and was very courteous. I especially like her because she informed me that I did not have to pay my co-pay because I had a credit of that exact amount! Yay! The nurse technician is always so friendly and easy to chat with. So is Dr. Wang! She is Great! Very gentle, eager to answer my questions, and ease any concerns. Thank You Florida Eye Clinic of Ocoee for your accurate and courteous service. I feel very confident about my vision. See ya next year!
