  This studio is new and really clean! I'm about 60 classes in and the equipment still looks brand new. I'm excited to see more class options being added to the schedule as this new location matures. Everyone I've interacted with here has been extremely kind and helpful- management, front desk, instructors, everyone! I briefly froze my membership and the team did a great job in explaining what that would look like. They are very responsive via text and email. You can bring your own mat, carriage cover, or loops if you choose to! The schedule is still fairly open to book beyond a week out, which is great. I truly love how I feel.

  DO NOT SIGN UP. I tried to cancel this membership within one week after realizing I couldn’t schedule any classes due to my work schedule. I explained this multiple times and was ignored until I was finally offered a “reduced” cancellation fee. During this time, my mother was hospitalized and I was dealing with unexpected financial stress. Instead of showing any professionalism or empathy, the manager, Diana, was dismissive and disrespectful, even questioning why my situation was “so difficult to understand.” Completely unacceptable. My original agreement was $119/month for 4 classes with a 3-month minimum ($357 total). Which I only used 2 of them. Now I’m in collections for $553 over a Pilates membership I tried to cancel almost immediately. This business uses predatory cancellation practices and shows zero compassion when customers try to resolve issues. Save yourself the stress and take your money elsewhere.

  I have gone to several Club Pilates Studios. I love the new one in Ocoee! The staff is so friendly, the equipment is awesome. Everything is very clean and organized. Thank you for being a great addition to our community!

  This place has changed my life for better. It’s not just a workout, it’s a place to go and recharge and center your mind/body. The combination of working out and breathing and add in reformers that stretch you out and workout. It’s become my happy place. You don’t have to be super fit to be here. I absolutely love this location and I’m so thankful for Pilates! The staff and trainers are incredible!

  Pilates is such a wonderful, low impact form of exercise. This club has friendly, helpful staff and the instructors are invested in making your experience the best it can be, regardless of what point you are at with your practice. My long time back issues have largely resolved since joining Club Pilates. I would recommend it to anyone!!!
