  I got a blood test done here this morning, and was seen within 5-10 min of my appt time. Scheduling was easy, checkin was easy, but the BEST part was Catherine. She has a real gift in the way she treats her patients and we had an awesome conversation. She was down to earth, funny, relatable, and made me feel totally at ease as she stuck a harpoon into my median cubital vein. 10/10 experience this morning, will be coming back here for all my routine bloodwork. Thank you Catherine!

  Check in was fast but after waiting for my one of my doctors to fax referral I felt like the lady got upset at someone and she released it on me . For one the rubber rope they tie to your arm was way to rough and painful. This never happen to me anywhere before and she didn't check for vain correctly and stab needle as picture shows . I'm bruise now , she told me I need to drink water . But when she goes to my other arm and actually feel for the vain she got a great flow of blood . Never going here again she basically kick me out telling me twice " you can go now ".
