  There's always a Quest Diagnostics location near by and it's easy to schedule an appointment using their app ! Every time I visit, my phlebotomist is gentle and kind ! I highly recommend anyone who needs labs done to schedule an appointment with Quest Diagnostics !

  I was definately not greeted warmly and made to feel at ease. Most of the people working there acted like they did not want to be there. The nurse who did my blood drawn was not friendly. Getting blood drawn is stressful for most people and she did not help. I had to say goodbye and thank you. She barely said anything. This is terrible!

  My laboratory technician, Gita, is exceptional. Previously, I exclusively visited Quest for blood draws, only to be informed that after three unsuccessful attempts, they were unable to continue. Consequently, I resorted to the emergency department, which posed inconvenience to my schedule and dietary routine. However, since Gita has assumed the responsibility of drawing my blood, I have not encountered any further issues. Her exceptional dexterity and skill are unparalleled. I am deeply grateful for her assistance.

  The technician incorrectly noted that I was fasting on my blood work. I clearly stated to her I was not fasting. Of course all the tests came out incorrect. Now I have to go back at my expense and repeat the tests and Medicare will be billed twice because of her incompetence. I am angry!!!!

  I made an appointment online and as always at this location, I was called back within minutes of my appointment time. I was greeted by Marquita. She was very friendly and caring. I often experience a difficult time when having blood drawn due to my veins. Marquita took her time to locate where she could draw my blood without having to stick me multiple times which made me feel at ease. My doctor usually ordered labs every six months. I hope I am fortunate enough to have Marquita as my phlebotomist for future visits
