  Predatory billing. My insurance company pointed out how they bill things specifically so it won’t get covered by insurance. A ER copay would have been cheaper. Also they don’t have anyone who answers the phone at the billing department and they just text you for days asking if you need help still. When you say yes no reply. This is a corporate giant in business to rake in profit, nothing more. Avoid this place.

  I am so disappointed in this facility. I saw that there were decent reviews and thought it would be a good idea to go here to address an issue. The check in was fine, the person taking vitals was fine. But whoever it was that came storming into our room after the nurse left (the old woman did not introduce herself at all and was dressed very unprofessional) was absolutely horrible. She quite literally came in speaking extremely loudly (letting everyone else in the facility know my business). She went off on a tangent about needing to see a different facility immediately for a completely different reason than the one I actually came in for. She immediately diagnosed me with high blood pressure after I already let the nurse know I have high anxiety, especially at doctor's appointments. Not to mention I am in my 20's and healthy. The attitude and vibe was absolutely crazy. The way that old lady spoke to me made me feel so uncomfortable, upset, and unheard. I will not be returning for any reason. Advent is right down the road with a beautiful facility and professional staff that actually listen. I should have just drove the extra 10 minutes and encourage others to do the same if you need urgent care.

  Hoy fuy Exelente atencion aunque no yo no hablo inglés el personal en todo momento buscaron la manera de ayudarme a entender y el trato muy bueno lo recomiendo la doctora y la enfermera demasiado amables.

  Was seen very quickly. Pleased w customer & medical services. Struggled a little w check in process, but was promptly assisted. Kind and efficient personnel. Prescriptions were called in to pharmacy right away. Opened 7 days a week. Good parking.

  This place is a joke. I took my daughter here for cough and congestion with ear pain just starting today… She looked in her ear and couldn’t confirm whether or not she has an ear infection, but just suspects. So she prescribed her with antibiotics anyways. Knowing that I need confirmation whether or not she has an ear infection because she has surgery on Monday On her ears .As far as her coughing congestion, she said that it’s most likely just allergies from pollen because she can here in her voice. Are you kidding. She getting surgery Monday to remove adenoids, she’s always spoke that way. we’ve had the same symptoms of cough and congestion for weeks now that she just started showing symptoms for A few days ago especially the cough. They also never told us her temperature, they didn’t even take it to look for fever. When we left, she gave me no paperwork for any of the information that she gave me. No school note like she said she would, They just said there’s the door. Also, when you try to call the place, the operator obviously is deaf because they can’t hear you , it just repeatedly say I’m sorry can you say that again I didn’t hear you. This place was a big waste of my time. On the way to the ER to get some real answers From a doctor that knows how to do their job.
