- MGMartha GDec 17, 20255.0We were so impressed when we went to Miracle-Ear and met BRITTANY at the West Ocala location on SR 200. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! We have been to three other hearing aid places and have spent lots and lots of money on three different hearing aids that have never worked. Brittney patiently took lots of time with us. Prescribing exactly what my husband needed. He now can hear for the first time in almost a year. She is not only patient but she is also very friendly, personable and has a lot of integrity. We appreciate her and her front desk staff. They are both very qualified in the positions they are in. We highly recommend Brittany to anyone who may be looking for hearing aids.patiently My husband's hearing is unbelievably better now. We love her and we tell everyone we see when we hear they need hearing aids to go to Miracle Ear Ocala West. In closing, I would say Brittany is an "excellent representative" for Miracle Ear!!

The other office never did this with me. And I was having so much trouble with them. Now it’s the best it’s ever been, office staff are very nice and make you feel welcomed.
