Absolutely great experience. Everyone was helpful, efficient, friendly, especially Ramon Colon who worked out a great price that included a second pair for about what I expected to pay for one. I was in and out in half the time I expected but never felt rushed. I'll shop here again.

My glasses broke over the weekend, and I was in desperate need of new ones. I came in without an appointment. All the ladies working the 9am shift were not only super nice but understanding and super considerate. They definitely went the extra mile into getting me in quickly for an exam and getting new glasses. I especially much appreciated the fact that they double checked if they had my prescription in stock so that I was able to get my new glasses same day. I give Lens Crafters a 100 out 10. Very much appreciated and love the staff. God bless them.

I am having problems with my meta glasses, so I went in to see what I could do. Erin right away gave me the website to go. I went to the sight and needed more information than I had so She gave me some of it. But needed more. When I called back. Ramon answered. Told him what I needed and is getting Emailing the paperwork. Thanks!

i came in while waiting for my new pair to arrive and was considering purchasing a second pair at this location. however, i changed my mind after my visit — the staff didn’t seem particularly helpful or welcoming. i don’t mind driving to orlando at another location in hopes of better service.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
