My son just got back from LensCrafters and his second visit. The first prescription he got from them didn't work and he explained to them so they gave him another appointment. This time the communication was excellent, the second exam more to correct the first one and finally he will be getting progressive lens glasses which he needs. The whole office was polite, understanding, refunded his first visit to apply to this one. Very professional and now I am going to book an appointment. My son highly recommends as he was treated with total respect and understanding.

Everyone was so nice from the moment I walked in until I left. Very smooth process with the eye exam, the tech, Dr and receptionist were all top tier. I picked out my glasses and out the door all in under an hour.

Always a great experience! Dr. Butcher and the entire staff were professional, kind, and explained everything during my eye exam. Ramon was very helpful during the purchasing process for my eyeglasses and even helped me get an additional $50 off my glasses!

Bait and switch! I gave all of my information to them . I was told yes, this is how much you are allowed. I go to my appointment today and they told me that I was OUT OF NETWORK! The pair of glasses that I chose would be over 1200.00! The frame was 247.00! I politely took a picture of the frame and wanted to tell them to ……. Go somewhere! Sorry but I refuse to help pay for Sharon Stone and Patrick Mahomes advertising fees!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
