  There is no way to directly contact anyone here, so you can’t confirm they received your lab order before arriving. My doctor confirmed that they faxed it, but when I got to quest they claimed they hadn’t received it. Had lab order sent directly to me and then still had to email it to quest. Am still waiting an hour after scheduled appointment time to be seen.

  Every time I go in for lab work, I receive outstanding service—no matter the location. At my most recent appointment, Sam assisted me, and she was incredibly professional, empathetic, and delivered exceptional customer service.

  It was easy to get to via bus. I got there early, and they took me right in. The young woman who drew my blood was very professional, kind, and gentle.

  I've been going to this Quest location for years. They are always friendly. I also schedule an appointment and max wait has been 15 to 20 minutes but that is very rare. This week I was in within a few minutes. My phlebotomist, Cindy, was amazing! She was able to get a vein in one try AND without a butterfly needle! I have small veins that like to roll. They always have to use a butterfly needle wherever I go and often end up using a vein on the back of my hand, after trying my arms. But Cindy found a new vein in my left arm. I have taken pictures so I can remember where and tell phlebotomist's in the future! Thank you Cindy!
