- VVValentinaNov 13, 20251.0Absolutely horrible services. I have been their client for 4 years, spent $5000 on hearing aids which never worked well. The office didn’t work for a long period and I had to visit another companies just to get my hearing aids adjusted. The old doctor Marvin L. Thomas was very kind and patient. The new doctor has no patience and she’s only looking to sell you new hearing aids. During my warranty period she was never able to adjust my hearing aids or the office was closed and now they want to charge again to fix it. Do not visit this place, the attention now is super bad.

After the examination, he explained me every detail possible of my hearing problem and let me borrow for a week the hearing-aid devices that he considered were better for my health and budget. I already went to another company and even to an ENT doctor, and my experience with connect hearing was the best.
