  Clean offices, fast service, excellent location close to expressway, Biscayne Blvd., nice, professional environment and most of the time fast results that you can see in the app. I highly recommend them.

  A very unprofessional service. I don’t wanna say it about the whole crew, but for a specific woman who was really unprofessional and rude. I came with my wife for a blood test (pregnancy) and she treated us pretty bad. She took many blood tests in her life and this one was by far the worst one. She left the space crying because it was very painful for her. I never had problem with Quest before, the company is usually pretty great, but someone needs to talk with that woman over there…

  My phlebotomist was neither friendly nor polite. She literally ignored me, failing to acknowledge anything I said pertaining to the sample collection process. Had she of listened perhaps the experience would have been better for me, and easier for her.

  Is the community location but the attitude of the phlebotomist are just out of this mind this time I had very nice one efficient when I went on my last visit didn’t grab her name, but she was very nice. I appreciate that my previous prejudice visit I had to go back because they didn’t take withdrawal my blood properly and so I had the inconvenience of having to go to the next day early in the morning with them just like oh you know you can call him like you know my like why this one was perfect and the last one wasn’t and those are the things that sometimes it shocks you from businesses and companies because they’re very lacking a lot of the essential services and people wait so long just to be taken out your blood and it’s kind of sometimes very annoying to have to wait so long for for you know for stuff that they are quick, but I understand you know the service industry, but I also feel like this location could be so much more if they could be a little bit more efficient
