  Долгое время мучился с проблемным зубом — обращался в несколько стоматологий, но чёткого лечения так и не получил. Постоянно предлагали разные варианты, без результатов. В Next Gen всё объяснили по делу. Провели диагностику, подробно рассказали о причинах проблемы и предложили понятный план лечения. Без лишних процедур и давления. В итоге вопрос, который тянулся долгое время, был решён профессионально . Очень рад, что всё-таки обратился именно сюда. Спасибо врачам и команде клиники за качественную работу и внимательное отношение. Достойный стоматологический , врачебный сервис , к которому мы все привыкли в СНГ , рекомендую .

  С первого визита чувствуется высокий уровень сервиса и профессионализма. Весь персонал и врачи очень внимательные, приветливые и действительно вовлечённые, что является редкостью для Майями, и Америке в целом . Всегда на связи, подробно отвечают на вопросы и делают всё возможное, чтобы пациент чувствовал себя спокойно и комфортно. Отдельно хочу отметить стерильность и организацию процессов — всё на уровне. Это именно та клиника, где не навязывают лишние процедуры и не пытаются заработать на пациенте. Назначают только то, что действительно необходимо, с прозрачным подходом. Я рада, что обратилась именно сюда, и спокойно доверяю врачам этой клиники своё здоровье. Рекомендую тем, кто ценит честность, профессионализм и уважительное отношение.

  I came in with a toothache to understand whether the tooth could be saved. I was not clearly informed in advance that the consultation would cost $150. An X-ray was taken. The doctor came in for about 3 minutes, said “extraction,” and left. No explanation of why the tooth couldn’t be saved, no discussion of options. She said the manager would go over pricing. The manager then presented an estimate: $470 for extraction and $650 for a bone graft — something the doctor never mentioned or explained. I said I needed time to think because I was not prepared for that amount. Only then was I told I had to pay $150 for the consultation. When I questioned the fee for a 3-minute visit with no explanation, I was told rudely, “We took an X-ray and gave you our time.” $150 for three minutes without transparency or proper consultation is unacceptable. I left feeling pressured and extremely disappointed.

  I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic and I’m honestly beyond impressed. The doctors here are truly professional, especially Marianna and her assistant. She treated my teeth and placed my crowns, and the result is absolutely beautiful. I’m in love with my new smile! I’ve been to other clinics in Miami before where I constantly felt pressured and overcharged, but here everything is transparent, clear, and exactly according to the price list. No surprises, no stress — just honest, high-quality work. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and very attentive. They speak both Russian and English, which made me feel even more comfortable. I left the clinic happy, confident, and smiling. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental clinic!

  Не советую эту клинику, они взяли с меня за обычную чистку $300 , когда я позвонила чтобы разобраться, знаете что мне ответила владелица их клиники? Ну я здесь тоже не бесплатно сижу, клянусь она так сказала, вообщем ребят, Наглость высшей степени, ноль профессионализма, выбирайте другой вариант мой совет. I do not recommend this clinic. They charged me $300 for a basic tooth cleaning. When I called to clarify the charge, do you know what the clinic owner told me? : “Well, I’m not sitting here for free either.” I swear, that’s exactly what she said. Honestly, this is next-level arrogance and zero professionalism. Guys, do yourself a favor — choose another place. This is my advice.
