  ⭐️ (1/5) A $60 Lesson in "Business" I just spent an hour and a half driving here—a three-hour round trip—because this guy promised me a price match over the phone. Apparently, "his word" has a shorter shelf life than the actual supplements. The moment I walked through the door, the price miraculously jumped, and he tried to squeeze me for $60 on an item that’s $11 cheaper everywhere else. It’s truly a spiritual experience witnessing someone sell their entire professional reputation for the price of a fast-food combo. The cost of his integrity is exactly $11. Looking around at the barren, lonely shelves, the mystery of the "missing inventory" is solved. It’s not a supply chain issue; it’s just hard to keep a "stand business" stocked when your primary strategy is lying to the people who actually bother to show up. This place is the absolute "common denominator" of the GNC brand. If you’re looking for enlightenment, skip the empty racks and find some Satori elsewhere—because the only thing you’ll find here is a bait-and-switch artist struggling to stay relevant. Save your gas and your sanity. Drive anywhere else.

  ★☆☆☆☆ Worst Customer Service Experience I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a GNC store. The manager, Ali, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to honor my VIP rewards, falsely claiming I had none—despite my account showing otherwise. When I attempted to return a product, he kept making excuses, first saying the computer was down, then claiming he was doing inventory. Nothing added up. I contacted GNC customer service and discovered I’m not the only one with complaints about this location and this employee. It’s disappointing to see this kind of service under the GNC name. Until there’s accountability and proper customer service in place, I strongly recommend avoiding this store.
