The Phlebotomist Isabella was awesome! I am a hard stick due to I have small rolling veins but she got me on one try!

Do not bother going here as a "walk-in." Seen 4 or 5 patients come out from the back within a minute of each other, lobby was empty for 20 - 30 minutes, with the exception of a couple "walk-ins" and they don't call anyone to the back until the lobby is full again with more "appointments."
There was an incident in the waiting room. A patient entered (lets call this person the "Con") and the Con claimed they had an emergency and was looking to "step in front of" another patient's visit time. So, another patient in the waiting room (lets call her the "Good Samaritan") said the Con could go in front of her; as she was up next to be called back to the lab. Then when the technician came out, the Good Samaritan asked why her name on the board was flipped from Checked-In to Walk-In; and the technician plainly said that when you let another person go in front of your time, you essentially give up your appointment. The whole waiting room was gawking at the terrible situation the Good Samaritan put herself in and since it was a booked full day, we all knew she not going to be seen anytime soon. That was a shame considering she probably fasted like the rest of us to get bloodwork and had to get to her job. The Good Samaritan was really surprised (as we all were) at how impersonally this all played out. So, the Good Samaritan walked out and the tech just went on to the next patient. So, I think in the future, Quest needs to train its techs to inform people that if they try to be a Good Samaritan, and let someone go in front of them; they are giving up their appointment. This will help the do-gooders not get conned by others who just want to rush in and not wait like everyone else. So, I waited my turn, I did not have any issues with my personal visit, all went well and when I was walking out, the Good Samaritan's name was still on the board....as a Walk In.. but that Good Samaritan was long gone. I have shared this experience on all my social contacts so folks are wary of trying to be a Good Samaritan at Quest.
