  I hired this company for transportation to a medical procedure and post-op care return trip home almost two weeks in advance. I was told there was a four-hour minimum, which worked out fine as I would probably need her a little longer than that. I gave them my credit card. They assured me they would be able to provide service. Because of their lack of details, I called them at least 4 more times after to verify they were going to schedule me, stressing how important it was and they assured me they had it taken care of. On Tues, I was told they make the schedule for the following week on Wed and she would call me after that and let me know the details. After not hearing back, I called again on Friday and was again assured it was taken care of. I was told Okia would be at my house at 6am on Monday to get me to the hospital for my 7am check in. Monday morning no one showed up. I immediately called and left a message. 10 mins called again and they answered and said she would call and find out when they would arrive. After 10 more mins, I call back and she says she texted her, but no reply. This person did not even have the decency to ever once call me or even place a call to Okia to see why she was late. After calling her 4 times and getting the same run around, I gave up. I spent all the previous day, prepping for this procedure and it was very painful - all a waste I will have to do it again. I asked to speak to a manager or owner and was told the manager would call me at 8am. He never called. I found his email address and emailed him four times throughout the day and he never bothered calling or returning my emails. Based on my experience, I would think twice before you trust this company to provide you or your loved one services!
