  In January, I attended this facility and made a co-payment of $20. 💳 Subsequently, I received an additional bill via EMail for $103, categorized as "Patient Responsibility." 📧 Unfortunately, my credit card information was on file, and the $103 charge was processed. 😤 They said the $103 would be charged to my bank account in 2 days. 🏦 How dare they!!!! 😠 I now understand that providing my banking details was ill-advised. 🤦‍♀️ I felt obligated to provide this information at the time of my appointment, prior to receiving services. 💸🩺🥼🏥👩🏽‍⚕️💉💊

  I actually live in Destin but have chosen to come here for my families urgent care needs. The office staff is so friendly, the office is clean and the Doctors and Nurses have taken their time with us, even requesting a second opinion in the office to make sure nothing was missed on my daughter in one of our appoints. I’m really impressed and grateful to have found this office and the people working here truly have passion for helping people and it shows. You aren’t just a number here. You are treated with respect and also with the intent to get you well. Come here! Trust me they are all great!!

  I walked in after discovering a lump in my scrotum. The staff at the Niceville Office was very very kind and were able to get me in line to see the doctor.  The doctor was excellent and very knowledgeable.  He gave me a referral to have an ultrasound right away. It was evident to me that they, all the staff, cared about my situation. Everyone there seemed “happy” and respectful.  Thank you to everyone!!

  Probably the easiest urgent care place to get signed up and see a doctor. Total time there, including registering there, was less than 30 minutes. I’ll be back here instead of begging for doctor appointments and being told 2 weeks to see him. Great people, easy registration, docs that listen and care what you have to say about your own health care. What a concept!!!

  I had to make a visit on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised how efficient the whole process from booking an appointment to seeing a provider actually was. My appointment was for 3:40 and I was leaving at 5:00. The entire Staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient! The facility was very clean as was the waiting area. I would not hesitate to return should the need arise. NOTE: I would have finished earlier had I been able to produce a specimen they required. A huge shout out of THANKS to the Staff!
